I don't like it - it keeps the plot from ever moving away from the status quo. I didn't see that here, except for a plot point taken from One-Punch Man.

Of course, there are many series these days featuring overpowered characters, and the good ones have all sorts of good ideas to compensate for that lack of narrative tension. But this webnovel seems even less suited to running storylines. Personally, I prefer to read something with an ongoing storyline, so I tend to get tired of the disconnected chapters of a gag manga before long. You may not want to read a gag manga though. The manga of course benefits from being able to do visual gags, but it undeniably comes off better in a direct comparison.
